  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1 diced onion
  • 3 diced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. Add salt, pepper, paprika, steak seasoning, diced onion, and bell peppers. Cook until vegetables soften.
  3. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes (with juice), Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, beef broth, and rice.
  5. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
  6. Mix in one cup of cheese until melted; top with remaining cheese and let it melt before serving.
