  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked white Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 6 Burrito Size Tortillas
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cups Fritos Chips

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat as needed.
  2. Stir in water, taco seasoning, garlic salt, and cumin. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In another pot, boil chicken broth and add uncooked rice. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is fluffy.
  4. On each tortilla, layer seasoned beef mixture, cooked rice, salsa, nacho cheese sauce, and Fritos chips. Wrap tightly.
  5. Serve immediately or prepare in advance for later enjoyment.
