  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 2 Tomatoes (diced)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add vegetable oil and milk; mix until dough forms. Knead gently until smooth.
  2. Divide dough into equal portions and roll each into a circle about 6 inches wide.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each dough circle until golden brown on both sides and drain on paper towels.
