  • 3 ounces strawberry gelatin mix
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16.5 ounces box Strawberry Supreme cake mix
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In two bowls, divide crushed cookies; mix one bowl with strawberry gelatin and the other with melted butter.
  3. Combine both mixtures and bake for about 10 minutes, then cool.
  4. Prepare two 9-inch round cake pans with baking spray.
  5. Mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, and remaining gelatin until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 24–28 minutes; cool completely.
  7. Lower oven to 325°F for cheesecake layer; whisk sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
