  • 6-ounce box Stove Top Stuffing mix (Savory Herbs)
  • ⅔ cup ketchup (divided)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lining it with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing mix, ⅓ cup ketchup, milk, water, minced garlic, and slightly beaten eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf form in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
  6. After 40 minutes, spread the remaining ⅓ cup ketchup over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
