  • Garlic powder
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pancho’s White Queso
  • Crinkle Cut Fries
  • Sour cream
  • Burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Tapatio hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven according to package instructions for the crinkle-cut fries and cook until golden brown.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until tender (about 5-7 minutes), then set aside.
  3. Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil into the skillet and add the seasoned beef. Cook until browned (approximately 4-5 minutes).
  4. Warm the Pancho’s White Queso in a microwave-safe bowl until melted.
  5. On a tortilla, spread sour cream, then layer with fries, sautéed vegetables, cooked beef, and top with queso. Roll tightly into a burrito shape.
  6. Toast the rolled burrito seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
