  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7-ounce container marshmallow creme
  • 6.55 ounces milk chocolate candy bars
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9-inch pie dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Press half of the dough into the prepared pie dish to form the crust. Spread marshmallow creme evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer chopped chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow creme followed by sprinkling with mini marshmallows.
  6. Roll out the remaining dough into a disc and place it over the filling, sealing edges gently.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, then add remaining mini marshmallows and chocolate on top before returning to bake for another 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Allow cooling for at least 45 minutes before slicing.
