Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small red or green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup crumbled Cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Stir until smooth, adding water to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Season shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing cooked shrimp on each tortilla; top with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, Cotija cheese, and drizzle with sauce.
