Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb medium shell pasta
  • 12 ounces frozen cooked shrimp (thawed)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 1 orange or red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pressed garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta: Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add the medium shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  3. Combine all ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the drained pasta with thawed shrimp, peas, chopped celery, diced bell pepper, chopped red onion, and fresh dill. Pour in the dressing and stir gently until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill before serving: Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld together.
