  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, cooking for about 3–4 minutes until pink; then gently fold in crab meat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, heavy cream, and parsley; mix until smooth.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and sauce three times. Top with remaining noodles and Alfredo sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and panko breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
