  • 2 pounds salmon (cut to fit slider buns)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 8 slices of crispy turkey turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and chopped parsley. Mix until smooth and chill.
  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Top with lemon slices, butter pieces, and rosemary. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Assemble sliders by spreading aioli on bun halves, layering arugula, tomato slices, baked salmon, and turkey turkey bacon. Add more aioli before placing the top bun on each slider.
