  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spices
  • 1/3 cup Unrefined Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spices. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough gently until it forms a cohesive ball, adding flour as necessary.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 6 x 9 inches and 0.4 inches thick.
  5. Cut strips approximately 0.2 inches wide to create about 16 sticks.
  6. Brush the tops with maple syrup and sprinkle with pumpkin spice mixture.
  7. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 16-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
