  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and oil; then mix into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the skillet for each pancake. Place a turkey patty on top before flipping when bubbles form.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve warm.
