  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce
  • 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 bay leaves
  • shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and diced onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Drain excess grease, then add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and elbow macaroni.
  4. Add bay leaves on top; cover and let simmer on medium-low heat for about 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove bay leaves; stir well before serving hot with shredded cheddar cheese on top.
