  • ½ pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups premade mashed potatoes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper; heat thoroughly.
  4. Unroll crescent rolls and cut out circles to fit muffin cups.
  5. Press dough into muffin tin, filling each cup with the beef mixture.
  6. Top each filled cup with about 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
