  • 23 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 large eggs

  3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add yolks to the ricotta mixture and mix until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the ricotta mixture.
  6. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto each sheet to form rounds (about six per sheet).
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
