Lasagna Roll-Ups offer a delightful twist on a classic dish, transforming traditional lasagna into fun, individual servings. These flavorful rolls are filled with creamy ricotta, savory ground beef, and topped with rich marinara sauce, making them a hit at family gatherings or casual dinners.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 9 oz gluten-free lasagna sheets
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh parsley
  • minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a deep baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Cook the gluten-free lasagna sheets according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and stir in marinara sauce.
  5. Spread half of the marinara mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
  7. Spread about two tablespoons of cheese filling on each lasagna sheet and roll tightly.
  8. Place rolled sheets in the baking dish and pour remaining marinara over them; top with mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
