  • 1 package (12.8 oz) smoked chicken sausage (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp (shell-on)
  • 3 ears corn (halved)
  • Light beef broth or water
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and quartering the potatoes, slicing the sausage, halving the corn, and chopping parsley.
  2. Layer the quartered potatoes in the bottom of your Instant Pot. Add sliced chicken sausage and halved corn, then place shrimp on top.
