  • 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the Instant Pot. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder over the chicken. Pour salsa on top.
  2. Close the lid and set the steam release valve to sealing. Pressure cook on high for 16 minutes.
  3. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before switching to venting mode to release any remaining pressure.
  4. Shred the chicken using forks or a stand mixer, mixing in some cooking juices for desired moisture. Serve in tortillas with chosen toppings.
