  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (cooked and divided)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (cooked and divided)
  • 2 cups white rice (cooked and divided)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cube the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic until combined.
  3. Place the cubed salmon in an air fryer basket, drizzle half of the honey glaze over it, and cook at 400°F for about 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, steam or microwave broccoli florets until tender.
  5. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice as a base topped with salmon bites, broccoli florets, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  6. Drizzle remaining honey glaze over the top and garnish with sesame seeds.
