  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 15 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
