  • 2 beef strip steaks
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes
  • 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan garlic sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • Garlic butter seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into cubes and chop zucchini and onion.
  2. Preheat a griddle over medium heat with oil.
  3. Add chopped vegetables to the griddle and season with garlic butter seasoning.
  4. Cook cubed beef alongside the veggies on the griddle.
  5. Add frozen tortellini to the griddle, pour water over it, cover, and cook for about 3–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in Parmesan garlic sauce once tortellini is tender, then mix everything until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Serve topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
