  • 1 Frozen Cheesecake (approximately 1620 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups Pancake Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil plus more for frying
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the frozen cheesecake into small 1-inch squares and freeze until ready to fry.
  2. Heat 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 360 degrees F.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Dip each cheesecake piece in the batter, letting excess drip off before placing it in the hot oil.
  5. Fry for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are golden brown.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
