  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8×4 loaf pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 16×8 inches.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and pecans until well mixed.
  4. Brush the rolled-out dough with melted butter and drizzle with caramel sauce. Spread the pumpkin filling evenly over the dough.
