  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese

  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F. Prepare a springform pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the pan to create the crust.
