  • 1/4 cup diced sundried tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 68 cups chicken broth
  • 6 oz pasta (small shells recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/21 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/23 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  2. Stir in onions, carrots, celery, sundried tomatoes, and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture; stir well to combine. Gradually add chicken broth while whisking to prevent lumps.
  4. Bring to a boil; add pasta and simmer for about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese; simmer for an additional five minutes.
