Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 strip steaks
  • Kinder’s Buttery Steak Seasoning
  • Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp each of oregano and thyme
  • 1/3 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 16 oz box of pasta (Rigatoni)

Instructions

  1. Season your strip steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and steak seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the steaks for about 5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached. Tent them with foil to keep warm.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain while reserving some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chicken broth over low heat. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until melted into a creamy sauce.
  5. Add red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce; combine well.
  6. Toss drained pasta into the sauce until well coated.
  7. Slice rested steaks thinly and serve over the creamy pasta.
