  • 1 can (15 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pack gnocchi

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and onions until fully cooked.

  3. Drain excess grease from the skillet.
