  • 20-ounce crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 15-ounce mandarin oranges (well drained)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8-ounce thawed whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and dry gelatin powder until well blended.
  2. Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  3. Gently fold in the miniature marshmallows followed by the thawed whipped topping until fully mixed.
  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until the gelatin sets.
  5. Before serving, garnish with reserved orange slices and mini marshmallows.
