  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a food processor, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until mixed. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in pumpkin puree and eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate along with cornstarch and spices until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set around the edges.
