  • 1 Packet of Fajita Seasoning (1.12 ounces)
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 8.5 Ounce Package of Prepared Rice (Cilantro and Lime Flavor)
  • ⅓ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ Cups Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
  • 78 Large Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook for about 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in sliced peppers and onions; cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the water and fajita seasoning; mix until well coated.
