  • 1618 oz chicken breast (2 chicken breasts)
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 45 oz romaine lettuce leaves (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes in a heated grill pan for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, white grape juice vinegar, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, anchovy paste (or fillets), salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Lay out each warmed tortilla and fill with sliced chicken, romaine lettuce leaves, shaved parmesan cheese, croutons, and drizzle with dressing.
  4. Fold in the edges of each tortilla and roll tightly to create your wrap. Slice in half if desired.
