  • 2½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 30 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in the baking dish. Layer three noodles over the sauce, followed by one cup of the ricotta mixture and one cup of shredded chicken. Drizzle with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering twice more.
  5. For the final layer, place three noodles on top, cover with remaining Alfredo sauce, and sprinkle the rest of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
