  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 TBSP A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups spiral pasta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper; cook until softened (3-4 minutes).
  3. Drain excess grease and stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano.
  4. Pour in beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and spiral pasta; combine well.
  5. Bring to a simmer; cover and reduce heat to low for about 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in one cup of mozzarella cheese; top with remaining cheese and cover until melted.
