  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  2. Carefully slice each chicken breast three-quarters of the way through to create pockets.
  3. Stuff each pocket with two slices of tomato, two slices of mozzarella cheese, and a quarter cup of basil leaves.
  4. Secure the filling by inserting toothpicks into the sides of each chicken breast.
