  • 20 frozen dinner roll dough (thawed)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning or seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tablespoons chopped cooked turkey turkey turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon cold water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Lay the rolls on a parchment-lined pan and cover lightly with a towel. Allow them to thaw and rise about halfway.
  2. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef along with chopped onions and minced garlic until the meat is no longer pink. Season it with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add in shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, chopped turkey turkey turkey bacon, dill pickles, ketchup, and Dijon mustard to the beef mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Flatten each roll into a round circle. Place a heaping tablespoon of the meat filling in the center. Pinch the sides of each roll up in the middle to seal well, shaping them into round balls.
  5. Place all filled rolls back on the parchment-lined pan. Brush them with the beaten egg mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Allow the rolls to rise for another 15 minutes while you preheat your oven to 375° F.
  7. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. While baking, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet pickle relish in a bowl. Stir well until smooth.
  9. Let the rolls cool for about five minutes before serving them warm alongside your dipping sauce.
