Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 chicken tenders (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 tbsp homemade ranch dressing
  • 2 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove (pressed)
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
  • 1/41/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. To prepare the ranch dressing, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chives, dill, parsley, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken tenders in buffalo sauce for about 15–17 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  3. Once cooked, chop or shred the chicken and return it to the skillet with any remaining buffalo sauce. Mix well and season with salt as needed.
  4. Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 5–7 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Lay tortillas flat and divide the lettuce, tomatoes, celery, blue cheese, and chopped chicken evenly between them. Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly while tucking in the sides to secure the fillings. Cut in half and serve.
