  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
