  • 24 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 TBSP ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP vinegar
  • BBQ sauce (to taste)
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts, minced garlic, vinegar, and seasonings.
  2. Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken until covered.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours until tender.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in additional BBQ sauce if desired.
  5. Assemble roll-ups by placing BBQ chicken and cheese in flour tortillas; roll tightly.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry roll-ups until golden brown on both sides.
