  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and asparagus; mix until well combined.

  4. Stuff each pocket with the filling mixture (about 1/3 cup each) and ensure it is packed gently but firmly.
