  • 2224 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Cooking oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • ½ cup caramel topping (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Mix until apples are coated.
  3. Lay out egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese in the center of each wrapper followed by approximately 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from bottom to top.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet; lightly spray or brush with cooking oil.
  6. Bake for about 17 minutes until golden brown.
