  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, add the beaten egg. Place Panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip it into the egg, then roll it in Panko until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–4 minutes.
  5. Lightly spritz the shrimp with cooking spray and arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
